pickleshot.golf and the Pickle Shot app are operated by Spruik Co Pty Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. Contact: hello@pickleshot.golf.
1. The waitlist
Pickle Shot is in development. Joining the waitlist or creating an account does not guarantee access, a launch date, particular features, support for a particular launch monitor, or pricing. We will share details with waitlist members before launch.
2. Your account
Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. One account per person, please.
3. Fair use
Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the site, and don't use it to do anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do.
4. Golf information
Numbers and tips on this site are general information for recreational golfers, drawn from published sources that we link to. They are typical ranges, not personal advice. Warm up, and play within your limits.
5. Trademarks
Rapsodo, MLM2 Pro and MLM are trademarks of Rapsodo Inc. Garmin, Approach, SkyTrak, FlightScope, Mevo, Foresight Sports, GC3, GCQuad, Trackman and Uneekor are trademarks of their owners. Pickle Shot is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as is while we build the app, and we are not liable for indirect losses from using it.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product grows, and will note the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions: hello@pickleshot.golf.
